SYSTEM ASSESSMENT
Purpose
of Training
To
assist a district or school move from random acts to aligned acts
of improvement through participation in a continuous improvement
system assessment.
Outcomes
- Participants
will complete a written system profile.
- Participants
will engage in a focus group interview of the district or school
leadership team to verify and clarify issues and questions.
- Participant
will receive a written feedback report of strengths, opportunities
for improvement, and steps for getting started.
- Participants
will receive follow-up coaching and support for addressing opportunities
for improvement and implementing suggested next steps.
