Purpose of Training
School
Districts will develop the internal capacity to deliver Getting
Started with Continuous Improvement to their teachers.
Outcomes
- The district will develop a structure
and a process for delivering Getting Started with Continuous Improvement
to their teachers.
- Districts will receive train the trainers
for Getting started with Continous improvement
- Districts will receive training
modules which include trainer guide, trainer resources, participant
guide, participant resources
- Participants will understand how to customize
modules to fit the needs of their district.
Key
Components of Training
CEC
works with the district to design, co-train and coach district trainers.
The
design team customizes the modules to fit the district or school.
CEC will co-teach the modules until district trainers are comfortable
to train on their own. CEC will also provide feedback to trainers.
CEC will help the trainers to use feedback to improve the training
content and process.
