School Leadership Team

CEC provides training and support to begin and further the efforts of SchoolLeadership Teams.  School leadership team work is aligned to District Leadership Team work.  Training is based on a collaborative framework that builds trust and relationships among key stakeholder groups within a school community.  Team members learn facilitative and decision-making skills.  They develop a Code of Conduct and set parameters around which they lead and set direction for the school.  Teams take responsibilities for the school improvement planning process and are key in identifying and responding to customer requirements.
