District
Leadership Team
CEC
provides training and support to begin and further the efforts
of District Leadership Teams. Training is based on a collaborative
framework that builds trust and relationships among key stakeholder
groups within a district community. Team members learn facilitative
and decision- making skills. They develop a Code of Conduct
and set parameters around which they lead and set direction for
the district. Teams take responsibilities for the district
improvement planning process and are key in identifying and responding
to customer requirements. |
