Collaborative Culture:  Building Trust and Relationships

The Collaborative Culture involves building good working relationships at all levels of the system-district, school, and classroom communities. If key stakeholders do not work well together, it is very difficult to do the kind of work needed to improve student achievement. CEC helps transform district and school cultures creating colllaborative processes and structures such as District Leadership Teams and School Leadership Teams and professional learning communities.
