Best Practices:  Performance Standards, Instruction and Assessment

People need to access and build on scientifically based research and best practices in curriculum, instruction, assessment and system design.  Staff performance and organizational performance must be continuously improved.  CEC helps districts and school implement comprehensive school reform designs and provides training on a variety of proven programs to improve performance standards and assessment.  CEC furthers professional development.
