The Framework

Each district has created a District Leadership Team (DLT).  This team is responsible for listening and responding to the needs of the district as a whole.The teams are composed of the

• Superintendent
• Principal
• Union presidents (teachers, support staff, custodial staff)
• Board members
• School representatives
• Parents
• Community members

Each school has created a School Leadership Team (SLT). This team is responsible for listening and responding to the needs of the school. The team is composed of

• Principal
• Teacher representatives
• Support staff representatives
• Parents
• Community member

These two teams meet through out the year to monitor progress toward school and district goals.
